Secure Payments

Payments made through the website are completed using PayPal, our payment provider. Using one of the world's largest payment processing agents ensures the payment process is as secure as possible, with only you being able to view your card details.

If you have an existing PayPal account, you are able to simply login to your account to process the payment. If not, then when at the Paypal login page simply click on the option to pay via your credit or debit card. For those not comfortable using Paypal we also offer a bank transfer option at checkout.
Postage and Packing

We are pleased to offer free delivery within the UK on orders over £29.96. For UK orders of £29.95 and under there is a standard £3.95 P&P charge.


Our VAT number is GB 004 5923 00 and all prices include taxes at the current rate of 20%

Despatch & Delivery

We do our best to despatch all orders within 1 working day. Please allow 1 extra day however if you have requested an engraving or personalised product. International orders may take slightly longer to process. If, for any reason, this cannot happen you will be informed at the earliest possible time.

All UK orders are posted out using Royal Mail First Class delivery and in almost all cases arrive the next day. Other delivery options are available upon request and will be charged accordingly - please let us know before ordering.

Deliveries may take longer during the busier times of the year, mainly Christmas and New Year, and also Bank Holidays.

We always like to know what customers thought of their order, so you should receive an email around 10 days after your purchase just to confirm everything arrived safely and asking you to comment on your order process. Feel free to let us know how we did, good or bad, and if there are problems we will do our best to fix them.

Please be aware that The Little Cufflink Shop cannot be held accountable for any items delayed or lost whilst in transit with Royal Mail.

Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply let us know within 7 days of receiving your cufflinks and we'll provide return instructions together with a full refund.

Although unlikely (as your cufflinks come in a presentation box packaged in a jiffy bag), if your cufflinks arrive damaged simply let us know straight away and we'll get a replacement out to you or issue a refund, whichever you prefer.

Refunds will be conducted through PayPal, our payment provider or by bank transfer if you paid via that option.
